Fast-curing Acrylic AB adhesive is a new generation of modified acrylic ester adhesive. It is also known as a two-component acrylic ester adhesive or the second generation of acrylic ester adhesive. It cures rapidly in about 5 minutes after AB mixing and can bond materials such as iron, steel, aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, ABS, PVC, polycarbonate, organic glass, polyurethane, polystyrene, fiberglass, carbon fiber reinforced materials, ferrite, ceramics, cement, electrical insulation material, and wood, etc. It has the characteristics of fast cure at room temperature, adhesion on oily surfaces, high bonding strength, toughness, convenience in use, and stable storage.
Transparent Acrylic Fast-curing AB adhesive is a newly developed AB adhesive by our company. It quickly solidifies at room temperature (25°C) and is convenient, efficient, economically practical. After curing, the adhesive film is transparent, with high hardness and good scratch resistance. It has high adhesive strength to various materials, especially suitable for work conditions with special color requirements. It is the preferred choice for bonding various transparent materials.
FEATURES1. Fast cure at room temperature
2. Adhesion on oily surfaces
3. High bonding strength
4. Toughness
5. Convenience in use
6. Stable storage
It is suitable for manufacturing and repair of products such as glass, crystal, acrylic, porcelain, handicrafts, transparent plastics, eyeglasses, instruments, appliances, electronics, metals, sports equipment, etc. The bonded products are seamless and perfect.
USAGE GUIDELINES
1. Keep out of reach of children and do not swallow.
2. In case of contact with the skin, rinse with soapy water.
3. There is a certain odor from the AB adhesive (but non-toxic), so the operating area should be well-ventilated.
4. Do not mix up the containers and lids for AB adhesive to prevent the adhesive from deteriorating.
5. Store the AB adhesive in a cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from fire, high temperatures, and direct sunlight during transportation, storage, and operation.
6. For large area coating or large amount of adhesive, it is not advisable to mix a large amount of adhesive at once. It should be mixed in fractions, applied separately, or applied on both sides and then folded and rubbed together. Mixing a large amount of A and B components of AB adhesive will cause rapid curing and pose a danger, so be cautious.
7. For special materials such as copper, aluminum, cadmium-plated materials, PP (polypropylene), and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), it is not suitable to directly bond with AB adhesive.
8. Slow curing speed: It may be caused by expired adhesive, low temperature, or a significant difference in the weight ratio between A and B components. If expired, discard it. If the temperature is too low, it can be warmed up. If the weight ratio between A and B components is significantly different, try to make it close to 1:1.
9. The viscosity of the adhesive may change during storage, especially due to temperature variations. In general, viscosity decreases with increased temperature and increases with decreased temperature. This is normal and will not affect the use and performance of cured AB adhesive.
10. The strength may slightly decrease in humid conditions, which is normal. In high humidity, there is more moisture on the surfaces of the bonded materials and the adhesive, which can affect the wetting and curing.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFEThis product should be transported and stored as hazardous materials. Store in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry place, with a storage temperature below 25ºC being preferable. Store properly following the correct method and the shelf life is 12 months. If the expired product has not deteriorated, it can still be used.
