AC7208 is a two-component acrylic structural adhesive known for its high curing strength, excellent toughness, and outstanding peel resistance. Instructions:

 

1. Open the lid and place the dual-cartridge adhesive into a manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Dispense a small amount of adhesive to ensure both A and B components are extruded, with the ends of components A and B being flush. Then, install the mixing nozzle and discard the first 3 to 5cm of adhesive before application.

2. The assembled parts should be brought together as quickly as possible within the working time of the adhesive. Higher adhesive application rates and temperatures will reduce this working time.

3. Position the parts for rapid curing and allow approximately 20 minutes before handling.

4. After each use, tightly seal the adhesive cartridge to preserve it for future use.



 


Storage/ Shelf Life/Packaging

 

The shelf life is 9 months when properly stored in a cool, dry area in unopened containers, temperature 5~28℃.

Precautions

 

This product is safe and non-toxic after curing. Before curing, try to avoid contact with skin. If it splashes into eyes, wash it with plenty of water quickly. For complete safety and handling information, please refer to the appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets prior to using this product.
