Special glass fabric is a woven fabric using special glass yarns, such as low-dielectric glass fiber yarn, high-silica glass fiber yarn and quartz glass fiber yarn. It has one or more obvious performance advantages of special glass fiber. Products are mostly used in special applications such as aerospace, industrial ultra-high temperature,etc.,and glass fiber cloths of different specifications can be customized according to customer needs.

Description 

Special glass fabric is a woven fabric using special glass yarns, such as low-dielectric glass fiber yarn, high-silica glass fiber yarn and quartz glass fiber yarn. It has one or more obvious performance advantages of special glass fiber. Products are mostly used in special applications such as aerospace, industrial ultra-high temperature,etc.,and glass fiber cloths of different specifications can be customized according to customer needs.


High-strength glass fiber: The tensile strength and elastic modulus are much better than those of alkali-free glass fiber, the tensile strength is close to that of carbon fiber, and the high-strength glass fiber has low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation performance.


Low-dielectric glass fiber: The dielectric constant is lower than that of alkali-free glass fiber, and the cost is lower than that of quartz fiber. It is  especially advantageous when both dielectric properties and cost are required.


Quartz glass fiber: Quartz glass fiber is the glass fiber material with the lowest dielectric constant at present, especially at high temperature, its dielectric propertiesare still excellent.


Packaging

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.


Storage


This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place,with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in intact package when not used to avoid damp.
