The joint surface includes the joint surface gap and all the parts where the sealant is used, such as the joint surface of the cylinder block and the cylinder head surface, etc.

In the past, solid gaskets were used to seal the joint surface, such as paper gaskets, asbestos gaskets, and steel gaskets. If solid gaskets are used, due to stress or gasket infiltration, leakage problems will occur over time.

Now, in order to completely solve the problem of joint surface leakage, we choose anaerobic flat sealant or silicone sealant to replace solid gaskets for sealing. This product has high bonding strength, good instant sealing, good oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good weather resistance, pressure resistance and other excellent properties.

Screw lock seal

In the past, screws were used to cooperate with spring washers to fasten the screws. Over time, the screws will loosen, leak and "rust".

In order to fundamentally solve this problem, we choose anaerobic screw lock sealant. The product is liquid in full contact with air. After being isolated from the air, under the action of metal ions, a chemical reaction occurs to form a thermosetting plastic, which 100% fills the thread gap to achieve locking, sealing and anti-rust effects.

Cylindrical retaining seal
