Alkoxy Silicone Roof Coating
HS240 Roof waterproof coating cures rapidly to form a durable, seamless membrane that combines breathability, waterproof performance and long-lasting elasticity. It features exceptional UV resistance, maintains excellent flexibility across all weather conditions and extreme temperatures, and retains outstanding elastic elongation even after decades of use.
HS240 is compatible with all types of roof substrates, especially various waterproof membranes, modified asphalt, asphalt, polyurethane foam, metal, parapet walls and existing coatings.

1. surfaces treatment: the surface is required to be clean and dry, and sanding, oil stains, dust and other phenomena are not allowed.
2. seams treatment: when the crack ≥ 3mm, should be filled with sealing materials, and then apply this coating.
3. coating method: the coating can be sprayed, rolled and scraped, generally scraping 2 times (vertical and horizontal each once), pls apply the second layer of coating before the first layer is fully dried.
4. In order to enhance the tensile strength of the film, to extend the service life, can be used with non-woven fabrics, the method is as follows:
A. longitudinally spray coating, no miss any uncovered areas
B. Spread a layer of non-woven fabric and press tightly
C. After 1 st layer is fully cured, then horizontally spray another layer of coating, no miss any uncovered areas.
1. This product is moisture curing, it should be kept tightly closed and not in contact with air;
2. Store away from children, avoid swallowing;
3. If it touches the eyes and skin, flush with plenty of water, or send to the nearest doctor if it is serious;
4. Ensure that the surface is clean and dry;
5. Shall not be constructed in rainy days, suitable application temp is between 4 ∽ 38 ℃ in cloudy and sunny days;
6. Can not be washed by rain within 24h after coating application, a week curing time can get the best waterproof effect.
Can be packaged according to customer requirements Store in a ventilated and cool place (4∽27℃), shelf life of one year.
