(*) These values will vary with environmental factors such as temperature, humidity and bonding materials. |
Performance |
- Superior physical properties - Both viscosity and hardness - Strong initial tack and high shear strength after curing - Environmental protection - free of isocyanates (isocyanates), solvents, halogens and acidic components - elastic rubber - has 20% more mobility - Formula without air bubbles (high temperature and humidity applications) - easy to process - Stable color and strong resistance to UV radiation Application Sealing and bonding applications in the construction industry Bathroom and Kitchen Applications - Mold Resistant Structural bonding with stretching needs Packaging: Color: White, Black, Grey, Brown, Beige Packing: 290ml plastic bottle Storage and Shelf Life: The shelf life is 12 months when stored in a cool and dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C in the original unopened packaging. Chemical resistance Excellent resistance to water, aliphatic solvents, mineral oil, grease, diluted inorganic acids and alkali metals; weak resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Adhesive surface Bonding materials: including all common building materials such as glass, pre-treated wood, PVC, metal, stone, etc. Bonding layer surface: must be clean, free from dust and grease; Primer: Porous surfaces must be primed, non-porous smooth surfaces can use surfactants. Compatibility testing is recommended before use. Connector size Minimum width: 2mm (glue) 5mm (seam) Maximum width: 10mm (glue) 30mm (seam) Minimum depth: 5mm (seam) Suggested optimal size: seam width = 2 times seam depth Use Method: Manual or Pneumatic Glue Gun Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C Cleaning: Clean with Fix All Cleaner immediately after use and before the glue cures Finishing: Touch up with soapy water before skinning and touch up with Fix All High Tack Health and Safety Advice Use industry-related security measures For more information, please refer to the product packaging |
