HM-NS41
High temperature silicone sealant
NS41 high-temperature silicone sealant is a single-component, neutral-curing, high-modulus silicone rubber. It offers excellent elasticity and displacement deformation capability, ensuring strong adhesion to various building materials. This sealant provides superior resistance to oil, as well as extreme temperatures, maintaining its properties across a wide temperature range of -60°C to 280°C. For short periods, it can withstand temperatures up to 320°C.
Sealing and bonding between materials at temperatures below 300°C
For automobile engine, transmission, and oil sump
For bonding of chimney pipe
For other general purpose caulking and waterproof sealing
Before curing

NS41 is a one-component sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, offering ease of use and straightforward application instructions.
Pre-treatment: For optimal bonding performance, ensure the substrate surface is clean and free from grease.
Application: Apply a bead of the product onto the clean substrate surface, and assemble the parts within five minutes. Press the components together to evenly distribute the adhesive, ensuring it fully fills the mating surfaces.
Curing: Allow the bonding point to fully cure before subjecting it to heavy loads. The curing rate depends on ambient humidity and temperature conditions.
Cleanup: Should any adhesive overflow occur, wipe it off using a non-polar solvent
Package
Standard 300ml plastic plastic bottle packing, 24 pcs/ctn; 500-600ml flexible film packing, 20 pcs/ctn; 200L iron drum.
Storage
Store the original sealant in a dry place, the temperature should not be higher than 27 degrees Celsius, from the date of production, the storage period of 12 months.
