High-silica chopped strands are chopped fibers made from high-silica yarns.They have excellent properties such as high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,and low thermal conductivity.They are mainly used in high temperature resistance,heat insulation,corrosion resistance,and reinforcement.Different lengths of
chopped fibers can be produced according to customer needs.

High temperature duration, low heat shrinkage and heat loss.
Low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation.
Application
1.Aerospace ablation resistant materials;
2.Turbine and engine exhaust heat insulation,muffler cover;
3.Insulation of ultra-high temperature steam pipeline and high temperature expansion joint, heat exchanger cover,flange joint and steam valve insulation;
4.Protective cover for metallurgical casting,kiln and high temperature industrial furnace;
5.Insulation protection of shipbuilding industry and heavy machinery and equipment industry;
6.Fire and heat insulation of nuclear power plant equipment and wires and cables.
Packaging
1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film
2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.
Storage
This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place,with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in intact package when not used to avoid damp.
