Glassfiber needle-punched felt is a non-woven fabric made by using chopped glass fibers as raw materials, which are carded and then needled by needles. Mechanical methods intertwine the fibers between layers of glass fiber felt and the reinforcing glass fiber base cloth,reinforcing the fabric structure.

This material not only possesses advantages such as high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, minimal elongation and contraction rates, and high strength typical of glass fiber fabrics, making it an excellent insulation material, but also features a three-dimensional micro-porous structure with individual fibers in the felt layer. This high porosity allows for minimal gas filtration resistance, making it a high-speed and efficient high-temperature filtration material.
