Quick Drying Adhesive Super Glue
JD495 is a colorless, transparent, low-viscosity, general-purpose instant adhesive that enables fast bonding. It can bond a variety of materials including plastic, rubber and metal. Also bonds to polyolefins when used in conjunction with a primer, making it ideal for bonding rubber, metal and plastic parts. Use with primers to improve polyolefin adhesion.

The above data is tested at 25℃ and 50% relative humidity. After cured for 21 days at a humidity of 50±5% and a temperature of 23±2℃ Standard colors are white, black, gray, and transparent. Other colors can be provided according to customer needs. | |
1. The bonding area should be clean and free of grease.
2. In order to improve the bonding effect on the substrate with low surface energy, the substrate can be used, which should be avoided when using too much and should be dried after use.
3. If necessary, an accelerant can be used, which can be applied to the substrate side and allow to dry.
4. Apply adhesive to the other side of the bond (do not apply adhesive to the accelerator surface). Do not use tissue paper or brushes to apply adhesive. Assemble parts quickly. The parts should be positioned accurately and fixed quickly without excessive adjustment.
5. Accelerators can help solidify excess product outside of the bonding site. Spray or drop the accelerator on the spilled part.
6. The adhesive should be fixed or clamped until the adhesive is initially cured.
7. After the adhesive reaches full strength, it can bear the load (due to the difference in the gap between the adhesive layer and the adhesive material, the typical full curing time of the adhesive is between 24 and 72 hours).
Restrictions on Use
◆ Products that are taken out of the box and used may be contaminated during use. To avoid contaminating unused products, do not return any glue solution to its original packaging.
◆ Should not be used as a sealing material of pure oxygen/or oxidizing substances, and cannot be used as a sealing material of chlorine gas or other strong oxidizing substances.

Storage
The product is very sensitive to moisture and therefore needs to be stored in airtight packaging. Store sealed in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of 6 months at 5-28°C.
