The silica content of high-silica glass fiber is 95-98%.It is made of ordinary glass fiber cloth by leaching and thermal sintering.Its softening point close to 1700 degrees,continuous temperature resistance of 1000 degrees Celsius,short-term temperature resistance of 1400 degrees Celsius.
Besides high silica needled mat,there are other high silica products,such as fabric,chopped strands,long strands and sleeve.

Description 

High silica glass fiber cloth is a good thermal barrier for ultra-high temperature heat flow and jet flame, and a reliable protection device for personnel and facilities; its thermal conductivity is low,it has good resistance to high thermal shock, and it is inert to most chemicals. Compounds, corrosive minerals, and weakly alkaline molten alloys at high temperatures have good corrosion resistance, and can continue to work normally under high heat and strong radiation conditions.

High porosity,excellent sound absorption.

High temperature duration, low heat shrinkage and heat loss.

Low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation.


Application


1.Aerospace ablation resistant materials;

2.Turbine and engine exhaust heat insulation,muffler cover;

3.Insulation of ultra-high temperature steam pipeline and high temperature expansion joint, heat   exchanger cover,flange joint and steam valve insulation;

4.Protective cover for metallurgical casting,kiln and high temperature industrial furnace;

5.Insulation protection of shipbuilding industry and heavy machinery and equipment industry;

6.Fire and heat insulation of nuclear power plant equipment and wires and cables.


Packaging

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.


Storage


This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place,with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in intact package when not used to avoid damp.
