Slit the branch opening, screw the glue nozzle on, cut it at a suitable slope, and gun the bead into place on the work site. Pneumatic gluing should stay below 0.4 MPa and the construction temperature should sit between 4°C and 40°C.
Place the bonded components where air can reach them. Cure follows the skin, moving from the outside in at about 2~4mm per 24 hours at 55% relative humidity, and the depth grows as time goes on.
Close the branch and seal the nozzle right after use; a little crusting at the branch mouth that appears during storage can be cleaned off for normal use.
The bonded parts stay in open air. Once a skin forms, cure moves from outside in. At room temperature and 55% relative humidity, 24 hours brings 2~4mm of cure depth. With time the cured layer deepens.
