Neutral Alkoxy cure silicone sealant
The HM-E45 neutral alkoxy silicone sealant is a one-part, de-alcoholizing, low modulus, high-elasticity silicone rubber product. It features minimal VOC volatilization and does not corrode copper or mirror surfaces. Possessing strong elasticity and displacement deformation capabilities, it adheres well to a variety of materials, such as metal, glass, ceramic, and wood. Its thixotropic properties prevent sagging during application, making it particularly well-suited for non-structural adhesion, weathering, and waterproof sealing in curtain wall designs. This sealant exhibits robust adhesion and compatibility across a wide range of climatic temperatures, often without needing a primer. Post-cure, it withstands aging, UV radiation, and extreme temperature fluctuations (-50-150 ℃). The low modulus performance of HM-E45 enables it to accommodate interface expansion and contraction of ± 25%, making it versatile for numerous bonding and sealing needs.

E-45 is a one-component sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. It is user-friendly, requiring no pre-use stirring, and can be easily dispensed using either manual or pneumatic caulking guns. Prior to application, ensure the substrate surface is thoroughly dry and free of oil, grease, and dust. After applying the sealant, trim any excess from the adhesive surface before it forms a crust. When designing adhesive joints, avoid creating three-sided adhesion with the sealant.
