SS5569 is a room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone sealant engineered to replace solid gaskets and to be applied as an on-site formed gasket.

Pretreatment: if optimum bonding performance is wanted, the substrate surface needs to be clean and grease-free.
Sizing: on the clean substrate surface coat the product into a sealant line and assemble the parts within five minutes. Press the parts so that the adhesive is evenly distributed and the fitting surface is fully filled.
Curing: the bonding point should be fully cured before it bears a large load. The curing speed depends on ambient humidity and temperature.
If there is overflow, it can be erased with a non-polar solvent.
Hand-held sizing gun: for 50 ml and 300 ml packages of branched products, where a rapid response load system makes the barrel product more reliable and clear in the sizing process. Loctite pneumatic sizing gun: a hand-held gun for all 300 ml branched packages and 50 ml packaged tubular products, with integration of pressure regulation systems and rapid pressure regulation that reduces the adverse effects of residual pressure.
For 70 ml aluminum tube packaging products, unscrew the cap, puncture the opening and roll up the end of the toothpaste-type aluminum tube with a crimper to squeeze out the sealant.
