PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. This RTV Gasket Maker is a one-part acetoxy curing silicone sealant with excellent flexibility and high movement ability, effective up to 530°F (275°C).
2. At room temperature, it reacts and solidifies with moisture in the air to form an elastomer, which can replace gaskets for sealing purposes and can also be used as gasket dressings.
3. It shows excellent oil and grease resistance to be used in oil pumper and flange, transmission pans, and with excellent sealing performance, it can effectively extend the service life of the machine.

1. It is suitable for the assembly and repair of industrial furnaces, ovens, boilers, exhaust pipes, high temperature pipes and electrical heating elements. It is also used for automotive/motorcycle engines, valves and rigid flanges.
2. It is used on automobile/motor cycle's engine, valve, and such joint cover of rigid flange.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5ºC to +45ºC
1. Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean.
2. Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for
cleaning agent, and the other for sealant.
3. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
RESTRICTIONS
1. To the substrate that the surface temperature exceeds +50ºC or apply at temperatures below 5ºC.
2. To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
3. Do not use for structural glazing.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC, humidity between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.
