Instructions: |
1. Pretreatment: To achieve optimal performance, the bonding surface must be clean, free from oil and dust. Howell's dedicated cleaning agent, HM7902, can be used to clean the bonding interface. The substrate surface must be clean, dry, and free from grease. 2. Bonding: To achieve the best bonding performance, surface roughening of the materials or the use of primers/adhesive promoters may be required based on the substrate and its surface condition. Applying pressure to the bonding parts can enhance the bonding effect. Pre-bonding tests can be conducted on the substrate to evaluate bonding performance. 3. Application: This product is packaged in dual cartridges for dispensing using a 10:1 dual-component pneumatic dispensing gun. For large bucket packaging, it should be used with professional dispensing equipment.
