HM-WR49 is a one-component sealant, which can be cured after contact with water vapor in the air. It is easy to operate and does not need to be stirred before use. It can be applied by manual or pneumatic glue gun. Before sizing, ensure that the surface of the base material is dry and free from pollution such as oil, grease and dust. After sizing, the glue surface must be repaired before the surface of the glue is crusted; when designing the glue joint, three-sided bonding of the sealant should be avoided. Usage Limitations
◆ Cannot be used for structural assembly
◆ Cannot be used on the surface that will seep plasticizer or solvent, which may cause permanent damage to the sealant

Compatibility Test - To ensure the compatibility of engineering materials (such as aluminum profiles, gaskets, pressure strips, and double-sided adhesive tape) with Howell sealants, a compatibility test must be conducted before using the product for engineering purposes . The customer can either conduct the test themselves or provide the materials to Nanjing Howell New Material Technology Co., Ltd.'s laboratory, where the company will conduct the compatibility test between its product and the materials and provide the results in writing to the customer.
Packaging:
Standard packaging includes 300ml plastic cartridge with 24 pieces per carton;500ml soft film packaging, 20 pieces/box; 200L/Iron drum.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Store the original sealed adhesive in a dry place with a temperature not exceeding 27 degrees. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
