Usage / Construction

Usage:

Suitable for waterproofing and protection of various roof substrates, including polyurethane foam, EPDM, PVC, aged acrylic coatings, concrete, asphalt BUR, granulated modified bitumen, metal roofs, and masonry walls. Provides seamless waterproof protection against ponding water, rain, UV and weathering.

Construction:

Clean – Remove dust, dirt, oil and loose materials from the surface.

Prep – Prepare the substrate before application. Primer is unnecessary on most surfaces due to strong adhesion.

Coat – Apply HS140-I evenly to form a seamless silicone waterproof barrier.

Application Notes:

Can be applied directly on multiple substrates without primer in most cases.

The cured coating provides long-term waterproof, weather-resistant and ponding water protection.
